Rodrigo & his family aim to produce the highest quality coffee possible to allow him to receive the best possible price for his family. With the help of his father they have been learning & applying new agronomy techniques to reach the best potential of their land & coffee. Next year they plan to improve quality further by producing smaller lots & improving the soil.
The family has other small farms & Rodrigo owns Sitio Painiera which has ideal specialty growing conditions due to its high altitude and favourable weather conditions. This coffee is dried first on patios, being moved 8 to 10 times daily & finishing the process in mechanical dryers at 30-35°C
